I’m Sarah Lilly, holistic brand strategist, social media coach, certified life coach and owner of Sarah Lilly Media.

 

I have a passion for helping businesses and personal brands unlock that magic that lives deep at the heart of their business and teach them how to bring this into the world in the most authentic way. 

 

I’ve been working in the marketing industry for over 12 years and have experience in all styles of marketing, however social media is my favourite, due to it’s undeniable reach and impact. 7 years ago I started my own social media agency and in that time I’ve served over 50+ happy clients with their branding and social media requirements, with an average client retention of 3-5 years. 

 

I noticed there was a huge gap in the market for businesses who wanted to be educated and actually understand how social media worked, so that they could manage it themselves confidently (and still create killer content). A lot of the nuts and bolts of social media are kept hush hush, so that businesses have to keep returning to marketing agencies for social management, which sometimes isn’t always in the brands best interest. From here I developed my brand and social media coaching packages, that teach businesses how to create content that actually aligns with their brand’s why, and create solid content pillars that mean they never run out of authentic content to share.

 

Nearly five years ago after a tough period in my life I discovered mindset and energetic work as well as the process of manifestation. After utilising some of these practises in my own life and business I understand how they have a massive role to play, not only in success from a business perspective but from a personal perspective also.  It’s amazing what you can call in when you know how! 

 

It’s for this reason that all of my coaching packages have an emphasis on mindset and getting clear on the WHY of your business, so that we can unlock the brand and strategy that feels the most aligned and authentic to you. We’ll also dive deep into holistic practices such as visualisation, journaling, manifesting, vision casting and energetics. I believe that a lot of a business's success or failure comes down to the mindset of the business owner.

On a personal level, I love spending time with my partner and son, especially at the beach or out on the bikes. I love to travel and explore our beautiful country, and will take any chance I can get to visit my favourite place, Queenstown! I also enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, creating new recipes and most recently I've discovered a love for paint by numbers.
